The dream of getting a green-card for the Indians living in the USA has been shattered once again. Speaker Nancy Pelosi, in the House of Representatives, rejected the Eagle Act prior to voting.

A large group of both Republican and Democratic party leaders opposed the Act and said that if it got implemented, then a large number of countries will have to face inequality, and in the countries where the working class was weak, the people would not get an opportunity to move to the USA.

  • The waiting for the green-card for Indians is 90 years, which, by 2030, will reach 458 years

Republican leader Rep Jim Banks said that first, infiltrating immigrants should be stopped, after which this Act should be thought about. Democratic party leader Yvette Clarke said that the Eagle Act being passed will develop the danger of an increase in dominance of the people of India and China.

It may be pointed out that the waiting for the green-card for Indians is 90 years, which, by 2030, will reach 458 years.

On the other hand, Indians in the USA are asking Joe Biden to implement the Eagle Act as an ordinance, because of which, the matter could be decided in court.
