Some ease is prevailing in the international travel sector for travelers from India who are stuck in the country due to travel bans.
Among the three latest countries that have allowed Indians to travel are Canada, Maldives and Germany.
Canada has allowed Indians from next week. Travellers, however, have to take connecting flights because direct flights are suspended till July 21.
Travellers from India can travel to Germany soon following a decision by the Germany’s health agency that has decided to allow passengers from India, Nepal, Russia, Portugal and the UK. International flight from Maldives will resume from July 15.
