Ingredients:
250 gram paneer
2 large boiled potato
I tsp ginger, garlic and chilli paste
2 slices slightly soaked
1 cup blanched spinach
Roasted and powdered jeera
Garam masala
Coriander leaves
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method:
Mash boiled potatoes. Mix in paneer, ground spinach and soaked slices all seasonings and salt. Make soft ball. Deep fry till golden. Serve with onion and chutney.
