  1. Dry roasted peanuts with fresh moringa leaves

Moringa are drumsticks leaves. Very nutritious and beneficial and healthy. If you can’t find fresh leaves you may replace with moringa powder

Ingredients:

300 gms of raw peanuts

Salt

1 tsp chaat masala

1 cup moringa leaves without stems or 2 tsps moringa powder

2 tsps Pepper powder

Heat a thick bottomed kadhai or a non stick pan. Dry roast the leaves till dwindled. Keep stirring from time to time on medium heat. Once the leaves are dried lower the heat and add the peanuts. Continue to roast on low heat. Add salt to taste and keep stirring from time to time on low heat. The whole process should take atleast 15 minutes. Ingredients:

250 gms poha – flattened rice

100 gms raw peanuts

100 gms copra – dried coconut

100 gms alu lachcha

Handful curry leaves

2 tsps roasted chilly flakes

200 gms roasted salted cashews

100 gms kismis- raisins

100 gms chia seeds

2 tsps chaat masala

Salt to taste

2 tsps basil powder

2 tsps dill powder

Heat a heavy bottomed pan or a non stick pan and dry roast the poha in small batches. Roast on medium heat, stirring all the time.

For the peanuts you can use the above recipe of moringa roasted peanuts.

Place all the roasted items in a very large mixing bowl. As each item gets roasted on medium to low heat, place in mixing bowl. Cool completely to room temperature. Mix in the Misri, spices, cashews and alu lachcha and mix well. Once cool, store in airtight containers
