In a remarkable gesture of devotion and technological innovation, Jignesh Mehta, an NRI hailing from Vadodara, has stepped forward to sponsor the installation of the “largest floating LED screen” at Saryu Ghat in Ayodhya. The purpose? To broadcast live the consecration ceremony of the highly anticipated Ram Mandir on January 22. This monumental LED screen, measuring an impressive 16 feet in height and 69 feet in width, is a creation of Mehta’s company, Century Hospitality.

Scheduled for inauguration on Friday, the LED screen will be officially unveiled by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Mehta shared insights into the unique setup, revealing that the screen will be affixed to a specially crafted catamaran-shaped boat, currently under construction at Ayodhya Ghat and supervised by the Indian Registrar of Shipping.

Mehta’s initiative not only adds a new dimension to the spiritual experience at Ayodhya but also reflects the convergence of tradition and cutting-edge technology in celebrating this historic event

Mehta’s commitment to excellence is evident, as he has enlisted skilled artisans from South India to ensure the boat’s meticulous construction. Post the consecration of the Ram Temple, devotees will have the extraordinary opportunity for a live darshan of Lord Ram directly from Saryu Ghat. Not limited to religious proceedings, the LED screen will also serve as a platform for broadcasting advertisements and disseminating valuable information.

The visionary project has necessitated the acquisition of specialized machinery and equipment, emphasizing the meticulous planning and execution involved. Mehta’s initiative not only adds a new dimension to the spiritual experience at Ayodhya but also reflects the convergence of tradition and cutting-edge technology in celebrating this historic event.
