Spontaneous flow of knowledge at Art of Living’s Happiness Programme

For four days it was a journey into happiness, enlightenment, knowledge, and Yoga. The programme happened successfully on virtual platform.

A Happiness Programme (July 1-4, 2021) of Art of Living (AoL) concluded recently in Oman as part of ‘Pan GCC Happiness Programme’. It became memorable both for old and new participants due to its training techniques and flow of knowledge.

The programme happened successfully on virtual platform.

For four days it was a journey into happiness, enlightenment, knowledge, and Yoga.

The ‘Pan GCC Happiness Programme’ happened in different languages for different audiences.

The trainer and Yoga teacher from Oman Rajiv Ahuja chose to conduct the course in Hindi which saw enthusiasm from participants and other teachers.

The programme continued for four days and the best part for the participants was appearance of Sri Sri Ravishankar, who shared his wisdom with the participants and conducted in person meditation sessions.

A large number of new and old participants took part in the event. All of them were happy about the Happiness Course and admitted to have unique experiences.

Sharing his experience, participant Kaushalendra Singh, said, “It was lovely experience doing the programme under the guidance of Rajiv Ahuja, who not only conducted it nicely, he ensured there is no monotony during the sessions, as different teachers were also involved to do their part. For me it was one best even though I had joined it as a ‘repeater.”

“All through, the sessions were interactive and the flow of knowledge was spontaneous. I felt like I am learning something automatically without any pressure on mind and body,” he said.
