It is simple to make and very healthy for all ages

 

INGREDIENTS:

Sprouted black chana

Sprouted chick peas

Sprouted Baby kidney beans

Sprouted Moong dal

Lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste.

 

They can be served as it is or sautéed according to taste.

Dr. Karuna Bhalla is an educationist and an author of several books. She is actively involved in social service by helping and teaching those who do not have resources for regular education. Her English poetry book Walk with Roses and Hindi poetry book Aalok have been widely appreciated. Her two other books are in the pipeline.
