The Federal Bank’s launch of an exclusive portal for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) is a significant step towards providing convenient banking services for the NRI community. The introduction of a doorstep courier service at select locations further simplifies the account opening process by collecting completed forms and duly attested KYC documents.

The launch event, held in Dubai, saw the opening of the first account by Sindhu Biju, Program Director of Radio Asia 947 FM and a prominent journalist in the UAE. The presence of key figures from Federal Bank, including Joy PV (Senior Vice President and Country Head- Deposits, Wealth & Banca), Aravind Karthikeyan (Chief Representative Officer- GCC), and Sherin K Kuriakose (Chief Representative Officer- Dubai), highlighted the significance of the occasion.
