Top tech leaders including Sundar Pichai, Satya Nadella, and Sam Altman invited to Rose Garden event
President Donald Trump is set to host a high-powered dinner with some of the world’s most influential technology leaders at the White House on Thursday night. The exclusive guest list features five Indian-origin CEOs alongside global tech heavyweights such as Apple’s Tim Cook, Meta’s Mark Zuckerberg, and Microsoft cofounder Bill Gates, reported, ndtv.com.

According to the White House, the Indian-origin leaders attending include Google CEO Sundar Pichai, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, Micron CEO Sanjay Mehrotra, and TIBCO Software chairman Vivek Ranadive. They will join executives from top artificial intelligence and technology firms.
The event will take place in the Rose Garden, recently renovated into an outdoor dining space resembling Trump’s Mar-a-Lago setup, with tables, umbrellas, and a club-like atmosphere. “The Rose Garden Club at the White House is the hottest place to be in Washington, or perhaps the world,” said White House spokesman Davis Ingle.
The dinner follows the first meeting of the White House’s Artificial Intelligence Education Task Force, chaired by First Lady Melania Trump, which aims to shape AI education for American youth. Many attendees at the dinner are expected to participate in the task force discussions.
One notable absence from the guest list is Elon Musk, once a close Trump ally, who publicly broke ties with the president earlier this year after disagreements over government roles and appointments.
Also invited are Oracle CEO Safra Catz, Blue Origin CEO David Limp, Palantir executive Shyam Sankar, Scale AI CEO Alexandr Wang, Shift4 Payments CEO Jared Isaacman, and Google cofounder Sergey Brin.
