2 Indian students killed, 2 Others Seriously Injured in Car Crash in Ireland

Two Indian nationals tragically lost their lives in a car crash in County Carlow while two others remain hospitalized with serious injuries

Two Indian students, Cherekuri Suresh Chowdary and Chithoori Bhargav, were killed in a fatal car crash in County Carlow, Ireland. The accident occurred early on Friday morning when the car they were in struck a tree, reported timesofindia.indiatimes.com.

The Indian Embassy in Dublin extends support to the families and those injured in the tragic crash

The accident took place when a black Audi A6, traveling from the direction of Mount Leinster, veered off the road and hit a tree in Graiguenaspiddoge. Both Suresh and Bhargav were pronounced dead at the scene by the local Gardai

The other two passengers, a man and a woman in their 20s, were rushed to St Luke’s General Hospital in Kilkenny with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The four friends, who had recently completed their studies at South East Technological University in Carlow, were living together in the area.

A fundraiser set up to cover funeral and related expenses raised over ₹25,000 in just 24 hours.
