36 Indian workers rescued from Oman after Piyush Goyal’s Intervention  

Rescue operation coordinated by Indian Embassy reflects PM Modi’s vision to protect Indians abroad

Thirty-six Indian workers stranded in Oman have been rescued and safely brought back to India following the timely intervention of Union Minister of Commerce and Industry, Piyush Goyal, reported ptinews.com.

The rescue was carried out in coordination with the Indian Embassy in Oman and ensured the safe return of all stranded workers.

  • According to Minister Goyal, the operation was conducted under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision to provide every possible assistance to Indians facing hardship overseas

  • He expressed gratitude to the embassy officials and local authorities in Oman for their swift action and cooperation

The incident once again highlights India’s commitment to safeguarding the welfare of its citizens abroad and ensuring timely diplomatic intervention in crisis situations.
