The event marked a decade of India’s Act East Policy and coincided with the declaration of 2025 as ASEAN-India Year of Tourism. The camp, which was launched in New Delhi on 29 March, included public artworks, demonstrations, workshops, and interactions between artists and local students—encouraging creative dialogue and deeper mutual understanding.

At the Closing Ceremony on 07 April, Minister of State for External Affairs Shri Pabitra Margherita commended the artists for their participation and emphasized the deep-rooted shared values and cultural ties that bind India and ASEAN nations. The Minister noted that such initiatives strengthen people-to-people connections and help forge a common artistic and cultural future.
