Celebrating six decades of friendship and cooperation between India and Singapore
The year 2025 marks the 60th anniversary of diplomatic ties between India and Singapore. To commemorate this milestone, Hon’ble President Smt. Droupadi Murmu and Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam, President of the Republic of Singapore, unveiled a special joint logo in New Delhi on January 16, 2025.
Symbolizing friendship and shared values through a vibrant logo
The joint logo reflects the deep bond between the two nations. It incorporates the colors of the Indian and Singaporean flags, the Lotus (India’s national flower), the Orchid (Singapore’s national flower), and the number 60 to highlight the significance of this anniversary.
The logo reads “India Singapore 60 years of diplomatic relations,” symbolizing the enduring friendship, mutual trust, and shared values of the two countries.
