Muscat: With a view to supporting the efforts of the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism to promote the country and position Oman on the global tourism map as a key player, Oman Airports is once again sponsoring the WTA Grand Finale Gala Ceremony 2022, now in its 29th edition, which will be held at the Al Bustan Palace, A Ritz-Carlton Hotel on the 11th of November. The event will be attended by hundreds of senior airline, hotel, and tourism industry officials.
Commenting on this important step, Sheikh Aimen Ahmed Al Hosni, Chief Executive Officer of Oman Airports, said, “Having hosted the 26th edition of this prestigious global event with great success, we are pleased to once again invite major players in the tourism industry to visit the Sultanate of Oman and attend the WTA Grand Final Gala Ceremony.”

Each year WTA covers the globe with its Grand Tour – a series of regional gala ceremonies to recognise excellence within each continent, culminating in a Grand Final at the end of the year. The winners of these regional ceremonies are going head-to-head at the Grand Final in Oman on 11th November when the winners of the prestigious World categories will be unveiled.
