V. Muraleedharan, the Indian Minister of State for External Affairs, is set to undertake a significant two-day official visit to Kuwait, commencing on August 23rd. The purpose of this visit is to engage in high-level discussions with Kuwaiti Ministers and esteemed dignitaries, ANI reported.

As part of his agenda, Minister Muraleedharan will not only interface with various Indian community organizations but also engage in dialogue with a diverse array of community members. These individuals hail from sectors as diverse as business, healthcare, and education. This initiative, as outlined in an official statement from the Ministry of External Affairs, aims to foster a sense of connectivity and collaboration within the Indian expatriate community in Kuwait.

Remarkably, bilateral trade between India and Kuwait surged to an unprecedented value of USD 13.8 billion during the last financial year, underscoring the economic synergies between the two countries.
