Indian-American Veena Reddy has been appointed Indian-American Mission Director for US Agency for International Development (USAID) on Monday.
She is the first Indian-American hold this prestigious position.
Veena maintains an illustrious career. She arrived in Cambodia in August 2017.
According to USAID, “Veena currently oversees a staff of 75 as well as USAID programmes in the food security, environment, health, education, child protection, and democracy and governance sectors.”
