Kaustubh Dhavse commends UAE’s AI advancements as Maharashtra seeks to strengthen digital partnerships
Kaustubh Dhavse, Joint Secretary and Officer on Special Duty to the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Government of India, has lauded the UAE’s groundbreaking achievements in artificial intelligence (AI) during his visit to the Dubai AI Festival, reported tvbrics.com.
Dhavse described the UAE as a world-leading model in fostering an advanced digital environment, which is attracting talent and companies globally.
He praised the UAE’s success in creating a flexible legislative framework that encourages innovation, positioning the country as a leader in AI development. Dhavse also mentioned that his visit was aimed at exploring collaboration opportunities between the Maharashtra state government and international AI participants. Maharashtra, a leader in AI adoption in India, is eager to learn from global best practices and forge new partnerships.
“We are currently exploring new partnerships, intergovernmental cooperation agreements, and joint initiatives in training and skills development,” Dhavse said, expressing optimism for future collaborations.
