AIMIM MP Asaduddin Owaisi sharply criticised Pakistan for backing terrorism and spreading false narratives about Indian Muslims during a visit to Saudi Arabia. He challenged Pakistan’s claim to represent all Muslims by pointing out that India is home to 240 million proud Muslims, calling Pakistan’s propaganda “most unfortunate” , reported hindustantimes.com.

Owaisi rejects Pakistan’s narrative, urging it to dismantle extremist groups for South Asia’s stability.

“There are 240 million proud Indian Muslims living in India. Pakistan’s false propaganda that India is harming them is wrong,” Owaisi said. He urged Pakistan to dismantle takfiri terrorist groups, stating, “If Pakistan stops these terrorist groups, there will be stability and progress in South Asia.”

He also called on the international community to place Pakistan back on the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) grey list to curb terror financing.

Owaisi exposes Pakistan’s links to terrorism, warns against attempts to stir religious tensions in India.

Owaisi warned Pakistan against training terror groups and inciting Hindu-Muslim riots in India, calling these actions attempts to destabilize the country. He presented a photograph of Pakistan’s army chief sitting beside a US-designated terrorist, highlighting Pakistan’s complicity in terrorism.

Indian multi-party delegation engages Gulf countries to counter misinformation and highlight India’s anti-terror efforts.

Owaisi is part of a multi-party Indian delegation led by BJP MP Baijayant Panda visiting Gulf nations to counter misinformation about India’s treatment of Muslims and showcase its counter-terrorism initiatives, particularly in response to the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam. The delegation includes MPs from BJP, AIMIM, independent members, and Ambassador Harsh Shringla.
