India’s D2C brands get global boost with launch of xporthub in Dubai

New platform by XportCircle and OKIE Global aims to connect Indian consumer brands with Gulf retail giants

In a major push to globalize Indian direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands, Shruti Agarwal, Founder of XportCircle, and Jitin Masand, Founder of OKIE Global, have unveiled XportHub, an ambitious export ecosystem launching from Dubai. The initiative aims to act as a gateway for Indian brands into key Gulf markets like the UAE and Saudi Arabia, reported businessnewsthisweek.com.

More than just a business initiative, XportHub is being described as a mission — one to take the innovation and quality of India’s new-age D2C sector to global shelves. Powered by deep-rooted expertise in exports, retail, and international commerce, the platform bridges Indian product creators with retail distributors and buyers in high-opportunity Gulf markets.

“We believe India’s new-age D2C brands deserve the world. They are innovative, purposeful, and globally competitive. What they lack is access, not ambition,” said Shruti Agarwal. “XportHub bridges that gap with knowledge, infrastructure, and real opportunity,” added Jitin Masand.

  • Platform Highlights

  • Permanent Showcase Hub in Dubai for Indian consumer brands

  • Focus on key verticals: food & beverage, fashion, wellness, home, and lifestyle

  • Training modules to educate founders on global standards — packaging, compliance, pricing, and consumer behavior

  • Market access via retailer connections and digital trade ecosystems in the Gulf

  • A Gateway to the Gulf

With young, trend-savvy consumers and increasing interest in premium Indian goods, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region is seen as a prime destination for Indian D2C scale-up. XportHub positions itself as both a launchpad and learning lab for brands seeking global exposure.

“This is about building a pipeline of globally admired Indian brands, backed by experience, mentorship, and trust,” said Jitin.

  • From Export Enablement to Brand Movement

XportHub’s long-term vision is not just to enable exports but to democratize cross-border trade, de-risk international expansion, and elevate Brand India on the world stage.

“Consumers around the world are curious about India like never before,” Shruti noted. “XportHub ensures that what the world sees from India is authentic, premium, and ready for scale.”
