The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) hosted the Experience Abu Dhabi Roadshow from 8-12 September 2025 across New Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai. The multi-city initiative provided Indian travel trade partners with a detailed overview of Abu Dhabi’s tourism offerings, upcoming attractions, and partnership opportunities. Representatives from hotels, airlines, attractions, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs) engaged with India’s leading travel agencies and tour operators to explore collaborative prospects, reported hospibuz.com.
With India being Abu Dhabi’s top source market, the roadshows highlighted the emirate’s growth potential for Indian travellers, projecting over 400,000 Indian hotel guests in 2025
The roadshow spotlighted new developments across Yas Island, Al Ain Region, Al Dhafra Region, and the Saadiyat Cultural District, including attractions like teamLab Phenomena and the BAPS Hindu Mandir. Attendees were also introduced to the Experience Abu Dhabi Experts e-learning platform, available in 13 languages including Hindi, designed to equip travel agents with knowledge and tools to promote the destination effectively. These initiatives align with Abu Dhabi Tourism Strategy 2030, which aims to attract 39.3 million visitors by 2030, while strengthening business engagement for Indian travel professionals amid a rapidly evolving global tourism landscape.
