Arun Kumar Sahu, currently serving as the Ambassador of India to Bulgaria, has been concurrently accredited as the Ambassador of India to the Republic of North Macedonia, the Ministry of External Affairs announced.
Sahu will assume his new responsibilities shortly while continuing to be based in Sofia

Sahu’s appointment as Ambassador to North Macedonia comes while he continues to serve as India’s envoy to Bulgaria, strengthening India’s diplomatic presence in the Balkan region
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) confirmed that Sahu will take up the new assignment soon, enhancing bilateral relations between India and North Macedonia while maintaining his residence in Sofia, Bulgaria.
