Burhan Akhtar
Burhan Akhtar is a former cricketer who played state-level cricket in the Under-22s. An injury curtailed his journey as a player, but it did not diminish his passion for the game. He continues to work with young cricketers who dream of wearing the Indian blue, serving as a fast-bowling coach in Delhi and Bihar.
An omnivorous reader with an innate inclination towards writing, Burhan's years at the campus of Jamia Millia Islamia helped refine and polish his literary skills. He writes on a wide range of subjects, with sports being particularly close to his heart. Comfortable in Hindi, Urdu and English, Burhan writes with passion and insight.
