The initiative will serve as a hybrid platform connecting governments, businesses, and think tanks for deeper cooperation
The Embassy of India in Muscat has launched the India-Oman Network (ION), a new platform aimed at enhancing bilateral trade and economic relations between the two countries. The hybrid forum—described as a ‘track 1.5’ initiative—will bring together government officials, industry leaders, think tanks, and other stakeholders for sustained dialogue and collaboration, reported zawya.com.
ION to act as a catalyst for unlocking trade and investment potential
The embassy highlighted that ION is designed to accelerate business connections and act as a catalyst for tapping opportunities in trade and investment. By fostering continuous engagement, the platform seeks to create a structured mechanism for identifying synergies and driving joint initiatives across sectors.
Scheduled events and participation details
