Dubai’s real estate market surges with demand for ultra-luxury homes
Dubai’s property sector continues to see exceptional growth, supported by investor-friendly policies such as 10-year golden visas, expanded residency programs, and a resilient post-pandemic economy. In 2025, Dubai ranked among the top three global prime residential markets for capital value growth, recording over 1,500 property transactions exceeding Dh10 million, with villas accounting for more than 70% of luxury sales.
Emaar Properties, one of the largest developers in the region, controls a 1.7 billion sq ft land bank across the UAE and international markets. The company has delivered over 122,000 homes since 2002 and reported a 34% increase in net profit in the first half of 2025, driven by strong sales and diversified business operations in retail, hospitality, and international development.
With Dubai Mansions, Emaar aims to cement its leadership in the global luxury housing sector, catering to elite investors and homeowners seeking exclusive, high-value living experiences in Dubai’s most prestigious enclave.
