Gulf Air, the national carrier of Bahrain, announced the launch of its newest destination Goa, from end of March, 2023.
The airline operates four weekly flights from Goa to Bahrain. With this new service, Gulf Air aims to expand its reach in the Indian subcontinent and provide more travel options for its passengers. The flight will cater to leisure travelers and increase the tourist footprints in Bahrain.
Gulf Air Chief Executive Officer Captain Waleed Al Alawi welcomed guests of the event and expressed his appreciation for their attendance to celebrate the launch of the airline’s latest destination.

The event was attended by Piyush Srivastava, the Indian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Bahrain Airport Company Chief Executive Officer Mohammed Al Binfalah, and members of the airline’s executive management.
The celebration included taking souvenir photos and cutting a celebratory cake; guests enjoyed a specially designed Goan menu at Gulf Air’s Falcon Gold Lounge at Bahrain International Airport.
