India and the UK held consultations on disarmament and non-proliferation in New Delhi on February 4, 2025. The discussions focused on nuclear, chemical, and biological security, regional non-proliferation concerns, outer space security, conventional weapons, and the role of AI in military applications.

The Indian delegation was led by Ms. Muanpuii Saiawi, Joint Secretary (Disarmament and International Security Affairs), Ministry of External Affairs, while the UK delegation was headed by Mr. Stephen Lillie, Director for Defence and International Security at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.
