The advisory, published on the Embassy’s official X (formerly Twitter) handle, stated:
“In view of the current situation in Iran, all Indian nationals and Persons of Indian Origin in Iran are required to remain in touch with the Embassy, avoid all unnecessary movements, and follow Embassy social media pages for updates.”
Embassy advises Indians in Iran to remain alert, stay indoors, and follow official channels for updates; helpline numbers and Telegram channel shared.
