The Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi has announced a temporary suspension of the Passport Seva Portal for technical maintenance.
The online portal will remain unavailable from 6:30 pm on Thursday (July 29, 2024) until 4:30 am on Monday September 2), causing a five-day service interruption.
Despite the temporary suspension of the Passport Seva Portal, all other consular and visa services will continue to operate at BLS International centres across the UAE
Individuals who have scheduled appointments for Friday and Saturday will have their appointments automatically rescheduled between September 2 and 8. For those who find the revised date inconvenient, the embassy has provided an alternative.
Applicants can visit any BLS International centre after their rescheduled appointment date to submit their passport application as a walk-in, without the need for a separate appointment.
