Indian Students from New Delhi Recognized for Innovation at Prestigious Global Technology Awards
Three Indian computer science students from New Delhi earned the Bronze Award at the Global Best M-Gov Award 2025 during the World Government Summit (WGS) in Dubai. This prestigious award highlights the innovative application of technology to enhance mobile government services and societal progress , reported ddnews.gov.
The team received a $10,000 prize for their groundbreaking solution AccessWay
The award was presented by Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the UAE, during the opening day of the summit. The team, led by Sagar Teotia, along with Abhinav Mishra and Anushka Singh, all fourth-semester students from the Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, were honored for their AI-powered platform, AccessWay. The app integrates augmented reality (AR), artificial intelligence, and crowdsourced data to support individuals with disabilities.
