In India, the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority has entrusted L&T with significant infrastructure projects in Amaravati.

These include the design and construction of Towers 3 and 4 of the Integrated Andhra Pradesh State Secretariat & Head of Departments Offices

Each tower will feature a basement, ground floor, and 39 upper floors, along with an additional amenity building
Another major Amaravati assignment involves the development of 21 high-rise residential towers. The project scope includes RCC shell and core construction, architectural finishes, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) services, fire safety systems, HVAC, elevators, DG sets, security systems, internal roads, hardscaping, and landscaping.
In Mumbai, L&T secured a contract from a reputed developer for two ultra-luxury residential towers. Each tower will consist of one basement, ground floor, five podiums, and 59 floors, reaching up to 200 metres in height. The project focuses on RCC shell and core execution.
Repeat order in Oman underscores L&T’s trusted international presence
Overseas, L&T Oman’s B&F division received a repeat order from a prestigious client in Muscat to construct three premium office towers. Each building will feature G+8 floors above a two-level shared basement, integrated via a landscaped central plaza. The project includes civil and architectural works, MEP systems, interior finishes in common areas, hardscaping, and landscaping.
