Microsoft and Alphabet CEOs lead HSBC Hurun
Global Indians List 2024
Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, and Sundar Pichai, CEO of Alphabet, have been named the most influential global Indians, each receiving recognition from 56% of survey participants in the HSBC Hurun Global Indians List 2024, reported timesofindia.indiatimes.com.
Top tech leaders Nadella and Pichai are joined by other prominent figures like Thomas Kurian and Neal Mohan in the influential list
Following Nadella and Pichai were Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian (28%) and YouTube CEO Neal Mohan (27%), along with Tesla CFO Vaibhav Taneja (22%).
The survey, conducted using Hurun’s internal dataset, included insights from over 400 wealth-creators, with participants from the Hurun Rich List and Hurun India 500.
Among the youngest members was Tanay Tandon, co-founder and CEO of Commure, at 27, while the oldest was 84-year-old Gopichand Hinduja.
The survey featured 57% first-generation business founders, 41% professionals, and 12 women leaders. Notable women leaders include Neha Narkhede (Confluent), Anjali Sud (Tubi), and Yamini Rangan (HubSpot), who together manage companies worth $436 billion.
