NEET PG 2025 round 1: MCC opens reset registration

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has activated the reset registration option for NEET PG 2025 Round 1 counselling, allowing candidates to edit or correct their registration details. The process is open on the official website — mcc.nic.in — until 10:00 AM on November 5, 2025, reported timesofindia.indiatimes.com.

While students await the official round-wise counselling schedule, which will include seat allotment and reporting dates, the MCC has urged candidates to keep documents ready and monitor the website for updates.

Steps to apply for NEET PG 2025 counselling:

  1. Visit the official MCC website — mcc.nic.in.
  2. Log in using your application number and password.
  3. Fill in and verify all required registration details.
  4. Review the information carefully before submission.
  5. Use the reset option if corrections are needed.

NRI Admission Guidelines

The MCC has outlined specific instructions for candidates applying under the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) quota. Applicants must email the required documents to nri.adgmemcc1@gmail.com between 10:00 AM on October 25, 2025, and 12:00 Noon on October 28, 2025.

The MCC has also released detailed NRI admission guidelines and is expected to announce the full counselling schedule soon.

Documents to be submitted include:

  • NEET PG 2025 admit card and scorecard
  • Proof of NRI status of parent or relative (passport, visa, or OCI/PIO card)
  • Certificate of relationship between candidate and sponsoring NRI relative
  • Notarised affidavit from the NRI relative confirming financial support
  • 10th and 12th mark sheets and passing certificates
  • Birth certificate

All documents must be sent in one email; incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted.

Cutoff and Eligibility

For NEET PG 2025, the minimum qualifying percentile is:

  • General/EWS: 50th percentile (Score 276)
  • General PwBD: 45th percentile (Score 255)
  • SC/ST/OBC: 40th percentile (Score 235)

The MCC confirmed that the counselling process will adhere strictly to these cutoffs and the authenticity of submitted documents. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official MCC website for updates on the Round 1 counselling schedule and seat allotment results.
