Special Initiatives for NRIs

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will virtually flag off the inaugural journey of the Pravasi Bharatiya Express, a tourist train under the Pravasi Teertha Darshan Yojana by the Ministry of External Affairs. This train will depart from Nizamuddin Railway Station, Delhi, and traverse significant tourist and religious destinations across India over three weeks.

The PBD Convention, co-organized with the Odisha government, marks an opportunity to honor the Indian diaspora’s contributions to India’s growth while strengthening cultural and economic ties.
