Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi welcomes new envoys, reinforcing diplomatic ties
Oman’s Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, officially received the credentials of two newly appointed ambassadors on Monday. G.V. Srinivas, the Ambassador-designate of India, and Essam Awad Metwally, the Ambassador-designate of Sudan, presented copies of their credentials in separate meetings, media reports said.
Strengthening Bilateral Relations
During the discussions, Sayyid Badr extended his best wishes to both ambassadors, expressing hope for their success in fulfilling their diplomatic missions.
He also emphasized Oman’s commitment to strengthening bilateral relations with India and Sudan, fostering greater cooperation in various sectors.
The meetings were attended by senior officials from the Omani Foreign Ministry, reflecting the importance Oman places on its diplomatic engagements with these nations.
