In a historic moment for Oman’s property sector, The Arc at The Sustainable City – Yiti has achieved the country’s most expensive residential sale with a penthouse priced at over OMR 2 million ($5.2 million). This sale marks a first in Oman’s real estate market for both price and luxury design standards.
