This accolade, regarded as the highest honor conferred upon overseas Indians, celebrates individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievements and dedication across diverse fields.

The award underscores Swami Sanyuktanand’s transformative impact in the realm of education and his unwavering commitment to promoting equality and well-being in Fijian society. The PBSA was presented during the 18th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) Convention, held from January 8 to 10, 2025, in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The President of India, Droupadi Murmu, conferred the award upon Swami Sanyuktanand during the Valedictory Session of the convention. This recognition not only highlights his individual achievements but also symbolizes the enduring and dynamic relationship between India and its global diaspora.
