Multi-party delegation hails India’s united stand against terrorism during Doha visit
Members of the Indian diaspora in Qatar have expressed strong support for Operation Sindoor and praised India’s resolute counter-terror response under Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The expressions of solidarity came during a community interaction held in Doha, the first stop in a four-nation diplomatic outreach led by NCP-SCP MP Supriya Sule, reported gujaratsamachar.com.
Diaspora backs strong counter-terror action in pahalgam aftermath.
The delegation’s visit follows the brutal terrorist attack in Pahalgam and the subsequent launch of Operation Sindoor—a decisive initiative aimed at dismantling cross-border terror infrastructure. During their interaction, Indian community members in Doha lauded the Indian Armed Forces and applauded the government’s uncompromising stance on national security.
“We want the world to know that India will no longer tolerate terrorism. Operation Sindoor shows that any terror attack from Pakistan will now be treated as an act of war,” said a community member
Another community participant welcomed the all-party nature of the delegation, calling it “a powerful symbol of unity on national security,” while others noted how the briefing provided clarity on the government’s strategy and operations. “This is transparency in action. We were informed about developments that weren’t even known to us back home,” one attendee added.
During the Doha leg of the mission, MPs also held meetings with Qatari dignitaries, Shura Council members, and senior officials. The Indian Embassy in Qatar described the interactions as “fruitful” and instrumental in enhancing people-to-people and diplomatic connections.
With three more countries on the itinerary, the Qatar visit has already set a strong tone for India’s unified international message—India stands firm against terrorism, and its global community echoes the call for zero tolerance.
