Aniruddha Anjani says returning to India to be with his parents was the best decision of his life
Aniruddha Anjani, a US-returned entrepreneur, recently shared his journey of moving back to India after spending over a decade in the United States. In an emotional post on Instagram (@growwith_ani), he revealed that his decision was motivated by a deep desire to spend more quality time with his parents, reported gujaratsamachar.com.
Anjani faced scepticism but said his parents’ happiness was his only priority
When Anjani first announced his decision to return to India, he faced backlash and scepticism from friends and relatives. Many assumed that job loss, visa issues, or political concerns under Donald Trump were behind his move.
Anjani’s story resonated with many on social media, highlighting the emotional pull of family ties and the significance of being present for loved ones
However, he clarified that his sole motivation was his parents, who needed his presence and support.
In his post, Anjani wrote, “When I last posted about returning to India after living in the US for over 10 years, many assumed I faced visa problems or lost my job. The truth is, I wanted to spend time with my parents—who sacrificed so much for me—knowing they would never ask me to return.”
He concluded his post with a heartfelt message, saying, “The smile I came back for—the smile on my parents’ faces—made every effort worth it.” His caption on Instagram read, “Nothing is more important than their smile! ”
