Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan inaugurates the health facility on Saturday
The devastating 2018 floods brought widespread destruction and damages to Kerala. It is praiseworthy the way Kerala rebuilt and more commendable is the support of the Non-Resident-Indians from Kerala who extended all possible help to the State and its people.
One recent example of support is the rebuilding of a Primary Healthcare Centre (PHC) by Kerala-born NRI businessman Dr Shamsheer Vayalil, president and CEO of VPS Healthcare.
VPS Healthcare, headquartered in Abu Dhabi, transformed the flood-ravaged PHC in Vazhakkad, a rural area of Malappuram District
