Welldercare entered the Indian Hospitality Industry announcing its plans to launch long-term retirement resorts for senior living. The resorts are designed for those who believe in living life with zeal and vigour, a Welldercare lifestyle that begins after 60. Rather than being stuck with real estate driven retirement homes for a lifetime, the medium to long term-term retirement resorts are India’s first LAAS (Lifestyle as a Service) model for retirement living offering a 360-degree comprehensive solution that converges world-class hospitality, health care and wellness to reignite a sense of a purpose for veterans with good health, happiness and overall wellbeing.

Stressing on the second innings, Senior living at Welldercare is going beyond reactive solutions to re-design senior living. The new class of luxury condominiums is breaking all the stereotypes of living life after 60. Welldercare Retirement Resorts offer a continuum of engaged lifestyle, not bounding veterans to one location by offering them a choice of moving to different locations of their choice without any gap in the care continuum.

The company plans to scale its network of retirement resorts to 20 locations in the next 24 months. It targets serving about 500 senior couples by 2022.

By bringing together AI with emotional intelligence, priority access to best-in-class healthcare, world-class hospitality, and an outcome-based approach to set the gold standard in holistic wellness ensuring they live happy & healthy.
