Greece has announced that it will double the amount required for a Golden Visa starting in May 2023, while Portugal and Ireland have already ended their programmes for acquiring Golden Visa
Cash-rich Indians are opting for the UAE Golden Visa which is seeing a sudden spike in recent weeks. The spike comes even as some of the European Union nations are phasing out their Golden Visa programmes or tightening real estate investment rules for citizenship seekers.
Greece has announced that it will double the amount required for a Golden Visa starting in May 2023, while Portugal and Ireland have already ended their programmes for acquiring Golden Visa.
Meanwhile, entry, residency, work permits — 10 new e-services — are now available on the one-stop UAE government portal. A report in Khaleej Times mentions that Abu Dhabi has announced that its unified services system, TAMM, now hosts its first batch of services. A number of Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) services have been added to the ecosystem, making it the first federal entity to provide its services through TAMM.
At its current launch stage, TAMM provides 10 MoHRE services:

Renewing residency permit for domestic workers

Opening domestic worker’s sponsorship file

More MoHRE services will be added as customers grow more familiar with the platform. The Abu Dhabi Government Unified Services Ecosystem TAMM is a first-of-its-kind initiative in the region. It enriches customer experience by employing the latest innovative technologies and converting them into easy-to-use tools. It transforms the way government services are provided to customers, empowering them to seamlessly carry out their government transactions through a single platform.
