Karimnagar police have issued a Look Out Circular (LOC) against an NRI, Yasa Akhilesh Reddy, for allegedly threatening Choppadandi MLA Medipally Satyam, timesofindia.indiatimes.com reported.

Police reports state that Reddy, originally from Boduppal near Hyderabad and currently residing in London, demanded ₹20 lakh from the MLA and made severe threats against his political career and family.

Given his location abroad, authorities moved swiftly to issue an LOC through the Bureau of Immigration, aiming to bring Reddy to justice

The incident began in September when an unknown caller reached out to MLA Satyam, threatening to destroy his reputation, end his political career, and even harm his children.

Upon receiving this distressing call, the MLA promptly filed a complaint with the Kothapalli police station, leading to an investigation that identified Reddy as the suspect.
