Punjab’s NRI Affairs Minister, Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, hosted the fourth online NRI Milnee at the Punjab Civil Secretariat-1, where he personally addressed complaints and grievances from NRI Punjabis via video conferencing. This unique initiative, introduced under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, aims to resolve issues faced by NRI Punjabis, making Punjab the only state in the country to have such a program for NRI grievance redressal, reported thevoiceofchandigarh.com.
Impressive Success in Resolving Complaints in Previous Milnees

In the 4th NRI Milnee, a total of 123 complaint cases were received, with 98 complaints sent through email and 25 through WhatsApp

Dhaliwal shared that over the last three online sessions, 393 complaints were received, of which 343 have already been successfully resolved
The Minister also instructed ADGP NRI Wing of Punjab Police, Praveen K. Sinha, and the SSPs of concerned districts to promptly address the remaining grievances. Dhaliwal reassured the NRI community that their concerns would be resolved swiftly and emphasized his open availability to meet NRIs at their convenience.

The 4th Online NRI Milnee was attended by several senior officials, including Additional Chief Secretary Dilip Kumar and ADGP NRI Wing Praveen K. Sinha, among others. Dhaliwal reiterated his commitment to the NRI community, ensuring that every effort would be made to resolve their concerns.
