UAE: Salik announces new toll rates for Dubai Ride

Salik has announced revised toll rates for Dubai Ride 2025, one of the flagship events under the Dubai Fitness Challenge, taking place throughout November 2025. The temporary adjustment is designed to manage traffic efficiently and enhance the commuter experience during the large-scale community cycling event, reported timesofindia.indiatimes.com.

According to Salik, the updated charges will apply across all toll gates during the event, with differentiated rates based on time of day.

Peak hours:

  • 6:00am to 10:00am – Dh6
  • 4:00pm to 8:00pm – Dh4

Low-peak hours:

  • 10:00am to 4:00pm – Dh4
  • 8:00pm to 1:00am – Dh4

The new toll structure, applicable on Sunday, November 2, balances peak and off-peak travel times to keep Dubai’s road network flowing smoothly during the high-participation event.

Salik confirmed the decision in a post on X, noting that the move supports its commitment to improving traffic management during major community events. The authority added that the changes contribute to enhancing Dubai’s “smart mobility experience” and ensuring convenience for both participants and daily commuters.
