Two-day event aims to bring together entrepreneurs, startups, investors and policymakers to discuss Bihar’s economic and entrepreneurial growth
Registration has opened for the Bihar Development Summit 2026, a major entrepreneurship and investment-focused event scheduled to take place at Ravindra Bhavan in Vasco, Goa. The two-day summit is expected to attract entrepreneurs, startup founders, investors, industry leaders and policymakers from across India and abroad.
Announcing the opening of registrations, Mohan Kumar Jha, Chief Coordinator of the Entrepreneurship Chapter of Let’s Inspire Bihar, invited entrepreneurs and business professionals to participate in the event and engage with a diverse network of founders, startups and prospective investors.
According to the organisers, the summit will serve as a platform for discussions on investment, entrepreneurship, innovation and economic development, with a particular focus on Bihar’s emerging business ecosystem. Participants will have opportunities to build professional networks, explore investment prospects and contribute to conversations on the state’s future growth.
The programme will feature keynote addresses by business leaders, entrepreneurs and policymakers, alongside panel discussions on industry trends, governance, innovation and economic development. A dedicated investor meet will facilitate interactions between startups and potential investors, while a startup pitch session will allow emerging ventures to present their ideas to venture capitalists and funding partners.
Other highlights include a business expo showcasing innovation and partnership opportunities, networking sessions with industry experts and changemakers, and cultural programmes celebrating Bihar’s rich heritage through music, dance and art. Organisers have also planned heritage-related activities to highlight the state’s historical significance.
Mohan Kumar Jha, who also serves as Director of the Mithilanchal Chambers of Commerce & Industries, has played an active role in promoting industrial, agricultural and entrepreneurial development. With more than 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality control, he has been associated with several initiatives aimed at strengthening Bihar’s startup and business ecosystem, including the Bihar Development Summit, Vibrant Bihar Global Summit and Bihar Startup Summit.
The summit will run daily from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm at Ravindra Bhavan, Vasco, Goa. Interested participants can register through the official online registration form provided by the organisers.
