The company said its service is available to customers in more than 100 countries, including major destinations for the Indian diaspora such as Australia, the US, the UK, Canada, the UAE and New Zealand. It said its NRI customer base stands at about 30 million.

The same-day domestic service covers metropolitan centres as well as Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities. Orders placed by 10am are eligible for same-day delivery in most locations, according to the company. The service includes cities such as Agra, Bhopal, Coimbatore, Guwahati, Kochi, Nagpur, Patna, Rajkot, Surat, Vadodara, Varanasi and Visakhapatnam.
Popular offerings include traditional and designer Rakhis paired with dry fruits, sweets and personalised gifts. The platform has also highlighted eco-friendly seed Rakhis and Rakhi-themed cakes among its 2026 options.
Rakhi.com said international customers should place orders ahead of the festival, with delivery deadlines varying by country and shipping method. The company says international orders include free worldwide delivery.
The expansion reflects the growing role of digital services in helping diaspora families maintain festival traditions despite living thousands of kilometres apart.
