Chicken egg salad

Try this healthy recipe. Easy, as I always go for. 

 

INGREDIENTS:

Boiled breast pieces of Chicken ( shredded )

3 Boiled eggs sliced

Diced spring onion

1 tsp Ginger garlic sauce

4 tbsp hung curd

2-3 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp lemon juice

Pepper

Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients. Add hung curd and mayonnaise salt and seasoning. Drizzle lemon juice. Garnish with chopped tomatoes and spring onions .
