Opening the “Colour Sensations” Exhibition by artist Saif Al-Amri

Artist Saif Al-Amiri, artworks intimately examine the connection with the earth and the emotional relationship of man to this universe, and it expresses various shades of emotions experienced by humans such as joy, sadness, and fear.

 

“Colour Sensations” the third solo exhibition by artist Saif Al-Amri has opened at the Bait Al-Zubair, under the patronage of His Excellency Professor Abdullah bin Khamis Ambosaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Education.

 

Artist Saif Al-Amiri, artworks intimately examine the connection with the earth and the emotional relationship of man to this universe, and it expresses various shades of  emotions experienced by humans such as joy, sadness, and fear, and these feelings are vibrantly presented through the brilliant use of colour and the harmony created by the random interplay of light, shadows and blank spaces.

In displaying his paintings, artist Saif Al-Amiri uses monoprint techniques, a method of chromatic hand-flat printing, and is represented by the use of remnants of printing inks scattered on glass, plastic, or printing table surfaces.

 

It is worth mentioning that the artist Saif Al Ameri is one of the artists of the eighties generation, and he is one of the few Omani engravers, with tremendous experience in this field.

 

The “Colour Sensations” exhibition will continue until Thursday, January 6, 2021, at the Bait Al-Dalaleel Hall, in Bait Al-Zubair.
