Caramel Pudding

Try this quick and easy way of cooking Caramel Pudding

Ingredients:

Milk: 1 cup

Eggs 4

Sugar 6 tbsp

Sugar 1 tbsp for caramelising

Vanilla essence 1 tsp.

Method:

Beat eggs. Add sugar and mix well. Fold in milk and vanilla essence.

Take a mould. Put one tsp of sugar in the mould. Let it burn till light chocolate brown. Then, let it rest for a while.

Let the mould be absolutely cool. Then, pour the milk-egg mixture into it. Seal with foil or brown paper.

Take a bigger utensil. Pour about 2 cups of water. Place the pudding mould in the bigger utensil. Let it boil for 25-30 minutes.

Take out the mould. Cool. Remove the foil and keep in the fridge to cool.

While serving, turn it upside down in a serving dish. Garnish it with cubes of mangoes or apples, or strawberries.
