RIYADH
Gamers Without Borders (GWB), the world’s largest charitable esports event, welcomes Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six® Siege to its elite roster, as the title’s top teams and players fight it out over four days of exhilarating action.
From May 11-14, the European section of the competition sees Team BDS and WYLDE, both invited sides, go head-to-head with Wolves Esports, the first open qualifier, and MNM Gaming, the second open qualifier. The winning team in the popular online tactical shooter video game will qualify for Gamers8: The Land of Heroes, the biggest gaming and esports festival worldwide, which takes place in Riyadh from July 6.
In addition to the European section, teams from the South America, North America and Japan/Korea sections will look to secure one spot per region at Gamers8.
All Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six® Siege teams at GWB, organized by the Saudi Esports Federation and now in its fourth edition, are competing for a humanitarian aid prize pool of $2.5 million, with $625,000 allocated for each region.

Players and teams participating at GWB’s 2023 CS:GO, Rocket League, and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six® Siege tournaments have the chance to compete for a $10 million charity prize pool. The proceeds will be donated to humanitarian aid partners Direct Relief, IMC, UNICEF, King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center, World Food Programme (WFP) and UNHCR. They in turn will direct the funds to address a variety of urgent humanitarian needs in the world today

From a six-week period which began on April 10, GWB is hosting five tournaments across four major gaming titles: StarCraft II, CS:GO (with separate men and women’s events), Rocket League, and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six® Siege.
The winning teams and players from StarCraft II, Rocket League, and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six® Siege will advance to the finals at Gamers8: The Land of Heroes, which takes place at the purpose-built arena at Boulevard Riyadh City. A $45 million total prize pool, triple that of Gamers8 last year, is on offer across the eight weeks of elite action this summer.
